It's true we based it off the latest in CVS which was already calling itself 1.1.5 but there was no 1.1.5 release. Plus I think the initial version of "Quicksilver Forums" should be 1.1.5 because it helps make it clear where it stands for any mercuryboard admins that want to adopt it.
